Accessing and using the piscineastilido.it website and the park's services implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these conditions, please do not use the website or the services offered.

Tickets and season passes entitle the holder to admission according to the rates and hours published in the Prices & Hours section. Prices may vary depending on the season. Management reserves the right to change hours and availability, in particular in the event of adverse weather conditions.

All guests are required to comply with the safety rules displayed within the facility and the instructions given by staff and lifeguards. A shower is mandatory before entering the pools, and flotation devices must be used by those who cannot swim.

Visitors under 16 may enter the park only if accompanied by a responsible adult, who must remain inside the facility for the entire duration of their stay. Identity documents may be requested for verification.

Management is not liable for any damage to persons or property resulting from failure to comply with the park's rules. Minors must be constantly supervised by a responsible adult. Access to the attractions is at the user's own risk.

The park is not responsible for any items lost or left behind within the facility. To report a lost item, please speak to staff or use the Contact page.

Astilido reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on this page.
